Rising Down is the eighth studio album by Philadelphia-based hip-hop band The Roots, set to be released on Def Jam on April 29, 2008. It is the band’s second album with the label, following 2006’s Game Theory. The album’s title presumably comes from William T. n Ghost Colours is the second studio album by Australian band Cut Copy. It comprises 15 tracks in total, including a re-recorded album version of the single “Hearts on Fire”. The album was originally planned as an Australian release for 2007, but was delayed until 2008 to accommodate a simultaneous international debut of the recording.
In Ghost Colours marked the band’s debut to the Australian ARIA Albums Chart, reaching number-one on March 30, 2008. Moon Safari is the first full-length studio album by the French band Air, released in 1998. The album is considered a classic of the chillout genre. It scored hits with the tracks “Sexy Boy”, “Kelly Watch the Stars” and “All I Need” (which features vocals by Beth Hirsch). Moon Safari debuted at number five in the UK album charts mainly due to almost universally glowing reviews by the British music press and the success of the single “Sexy Boy”.[citation needed]
On April 14, 2008 Virgin Records released a reissue of Moon Safari to mark the album’s 10-year anniversary. The limited edition album came with a bound book, a DVD documentary about the duo and an extra CD with live performances and remixes.(wikipedia)

In 2006, Bizzy Bone signed a 3-album deal by Virgin Records and After Platinum Records. He immediately began recording songs, stating that After Platinum’s original desire for older, unreleased material could not be fulfilled because it should not be released until after an artists’ death. The first snippet that leaked from the album was a clip of the song “Back In The Highlife.” The “street” single was soon released after (”Money”), with the mainstream single released subsequently after (”A Song For You”). After many different release dates, the album will be released on April 22, 2008. During a radio interview Bizzy Bone stated that he wanted people to buy the album and not to download it.(wikipedia)
